Yes. The price is set and communicated when you book. For transfers to a specific destination it is based on the distance; for hourly hire it is based on the total duration. Extras apply only to additional requests made during the service.
The driver waits at the address agreed when booking: a home, a hotel, an office or an airport. If you are arriving at an airport, the driver waits at the exit after baggage claim. Details are always confirmed in advance.
You can pay in cash directly to the driver, by credit card or by bank transfer in advance. For corporate clients, electronic invoicing with payment after the service is available by agreement.
Bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to an agreed deadline. For last-minute changes we always look for a solution.
Yes, on request we provide approved seats for children and infants. Just let us know when you book.
